Your membership or booking is confirmed only after you receive official confirmation from Urban27. Memberships, office spaces, meeting room bookings, and other services cannot be transferred to another person unless Urban27 gives prior approval.
Membership fees, rental charges, and any other applicable fees must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. Any taxes required by law are the responsibility of the member.
Urban27 may update its pricing, change or improve its services, introduce new services, or discontinue existing services at any time.
1. User Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
